  4. This program uses the same quick and easy point 
  5. and click interface as Regular and Group OfficeView.
  6. It includes many new features which allow you
  7. to customize the program to meet your needs. Check

  11. OfficeView 2.4 is an upgrade from version 2.3
  12.  
  13.  - 32 bit version shows as an icon in the tray area of the taskbar.
  14.  - added an option to disable the message system.
  15.  - option to have new messages immediately come into view.

  17.  - un-install feature included.
  18.  - Option to sort remark pick list.

  20. OfficeView 2.3 is an upgrade from version 2.2

  23.  - Optional automatic IN remark appears on startup.
  24.  - Optional new message pop-up.
  25.  - Pop-up menu shows name of person clicked on.
  26.  - Group switching performance improved.
  27.  - Print message has larger font.
  28.  - New Borland library with file sharing fix.
  29.  - In, In but Unavailable and Out remarks can be modified.

  33. OfficeView 2.2 is an upgrade from version 2.0
  34.  
  35. New features available:
  36.  - Option to prevent users from changing another user's status.
  37.  - Evaluation versions can be registered and upgraded using a 
  38.    special coding system.
  39.  - More flexible installation. OfficeView is no longer 
  40.    restricted to run from the shared common directory.
  41.  - Can update the database without having to shut down the 
  42.    workstations. Adding and removing names and groups is 
  43.    detected by running programs and the menus are adjusted 
  44.    without needing to be restarted.
  45.  - Employee Information screen also displays cell phone, fax 
  46.    number, pager number, miscellaneous field, message flag 
  47.    showing employee has not read messages.
  48.  - Message system includes clipboard copy and paste, print, 
  49.    reply buttons; optional new message sound alert.
  50.  - Main program is instantly minimized by pressing on the 
  51.    space bar.
  52.  - Numeric keys directly display the corresponding group.
  53.  - Expanded reporting of error conditions.

  55.  - Trial versions start out with all commands available for 
  56.    easy assessment by evaluators. Once registered, all critical

  59. OfficeView 2.0 is an upgrade from version 1.5.

  62.  - Pop-up window and blinking icon when new message is received.
  63.  - Password protection to control access to administration 
  64.    commands.
  65.  - The display screen is scalable to several sizes on the screen.
  66.  - Pop-up window for each name display additional 
  67.    information (e.g. telephone numbers, long remarks, whether 
  68.    mail was read, etc.).
  69.  - The message screens have been modified: reply button added; 
  70.    message screens are wider.
  71.  - Numbers of total and new messages received appear on the 
  72.    read message screen.  
  73.  - Automatically indicates IN when person starts the program.  
  74.    Option to automatically indicate OUT when the program is 
  75.    turned off.
  76.  - Both 16-bit and 32-bit versions available.
  77.  - The remarks list is color coded.
